Attendees are welcome to explore the materials for the first hour and then the workshop will begin at 2:00 pm.

Creating inclusive spaces is a key goal of the recent drive for quality child care. In this workshop we will share strategies for lessening physical, communication, and cognitive barriers and look at how reducing these challenges can benefit the growth and learning of everyone, both child and adult. Join Cindy Green and Louise Kool and Galt as we engage with authentic open-ended materials that support individualized creative expression, relationships, collaboration and critical thinking.

This is a FREE workshop intended for all professionals working with children in Chatham-Kent early years settings.
